The following terms are set by eKalesma, owner of the website ekalesma.gr (hereinafter the "Website"), and define the relationship between visitors/users and the Website.
Mere access to and use of the Website constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. It is presumed that the user has carefully read, understood and accepted the terms of use, as well as compliance with Greek and European law. The Website presents eKalesma's electronic invitation services for weddings, baptisms and birthdays.
1.1 Portfolio & Contact
The Website functions as a professional portfolio presenting designs and services. Visitors/users can get in touch through the contact form to request a quote or information.
1.2 Electronic Invitations
eKalesma creates personalized electronic invitations commissioned by each individual client. Every invitation is delivered as a standalone website and may include an RSVP form, a guestbook, song requests and other features, depending on the selected package.
1.3 Client Content
The client is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information and material (photos, texts, etc.) they provide for the creation of their electronic invitation. eKalesma bears no responsibility for the content submitted by the client.

All content on the Website — texts, images, designs, graphics, the logo, the "eKalesma" brand name and the electronic invitation templates — is the intellectual property of eKalesma and is protected by Greek and European law, as well as the relevant international conventions.
Copying, reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation of any part is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of eKalesma.
Visitors/users declare and warrant that the material they provide for the creation of an electronic invitation does not infringe the rights of third parties, and they hold eKalesma harmless from any related claim.

When using the Website and our services, the visitor/user undertakes not to submit or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, offensive, threatening, vulgar, racist or that infringes the rights of third parties.
eKalesma reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the provision of services to any user who violates these terms.
